Interim Pastor
Pastor Donald has been doing pastoral ministry for over 30 years. He has served in churches on both sides of the border. He is passionate to see God’s Word communicated in relevant thought provoking ways. He is invested in reaching a new generation for Christ. He loves to be creative with ministry opportunities as the church faces 21st century opportunities and challenges.

Leach
Children's Director
Heather is our Children’s Ministry Director. Heather worked in healthcare for 16 years and sensed God’s calling into children’s ministry. She joined our staff in 2018. Her desire is for kids to know, share and experience God’s love.
Heather enjoys do it yourself projects, reading scripture and a good book, sipping coffee and spending time with family and friends. Heather and her husband Mike have two boys, Carter and Seth.
Kevin Fishback
Worship Director
Kevin is our Worship director. He has been attending NBBC his whole life with his family and started this role in Feb 2021. He is now in his young 20s and ready to serve the Lord in worship ministry! He graduated from a music/audio program at Fanshawe College and is excited to bring his experience to the church, and to see how God will use him. He enjoys spending time with family, playing the piano, and being creative using technology.
Kim Leslie
Office Administrator
Kim joined our staff as Office Administrator in 2019. She and her husband Kevin, moved from the Cambridge area in September 2017. She has served in the Celebrate Recovery ministry since 2008 and loves having the ability to see broken lives become new. She loves people and sharing the unconditional love of Jesus with others. She enjoys the gift of family time; learning; reading; coffee and fellowship.
